What do I do if my rental breaks down or is damaged?

Equipment is the responsibility of the renter for the duration of the rental. Accidents, however, do happen. If your equipment breaks down or becomes damaged due to an accident, act of nature, theft, vandalism or operator error, do not panic.

DOZR's Customer Success team is available to help with any questions during your rental, including breakdowns. If you experience a breakdown during your rental, give our Customer Success team a call at 1-844-956-3040 and we would be happy to connect with you about getting a technician to your site.  

Please ensure there is someone on site with a cell phone who can receive call backs from technicians.

Depending on the damage or cause of breakdown, there may be additional fees added to the rental. It is important to do your due-diligence as an equipment renter to make sure that any damages really are the result of an accident so that you are protected.
